Policies

It is the policy of Ambassador Electrical Services Ltd and all its employees to provide the customer with a service of the highest quality that complies with all their needs and contractual requirements.

In order to achieve this high standard of quality, Ambassador Electrical Services Ltd supplies a comprehensive service that is quality assured to BS7671 standards, working to 17th Edition regulations, are Part P registered and subject to scrutinisation and annual assessment by the ECA (Electrical Contractors Association).

Change is inevitable with ongoing reviews and assessments to electrical installation regulations. We therefore pride ourselves on having the ability to adapt to these changes, ensuring we are fully apprised which has contributed to our success. A typical example of this is the way we project manage our contracts by delegating responsibility for a project to a nominated person, who in turn establishes a project team and takes full responsibility for the smooth running of the job, from commencement to completion.

Cost and quality will remain inseparable, and it is our continuing objective to offer each and every client the best possible value for money. As a company we make it our policy to only utilise the best materials from respected suppliers and check them for quality before and after installation. Should specialist or special-build items be involved, we will only trade with known experts in that field and only after satisfactory checks on their quality control procedures for the products concerned have been carried out.

We are CIS and ECA registered and members of Constructionline. Our employers’ liability of £10 million and public & products liability of £5 million also show that we take our legal and social responsibilities very seriously.
